Northeastern // Human Resources is generally not a sexy beast. Yet there’s never been a more important moment for Employer Branding and therefore a more perfect opportunity for Human Resources to step out of the shadows and drive a new employee message and organizational culture.
New leadership and innovative technologies gave Northeastern University Human Resources just such an opportunity. As the Associate Director of Communications, I ran with it, using my experience to drive an internal communication strategy that not only told a new story and drove significant organizational change, but connected with faculty, staff, leadership, and students across mobile and desktop applications, via video, websites, one sheets, email, newsletters, and collateral.
