Human Resources at Northeastern University was on a path to systematically transform technologically. I saw the opportunity to transform its voice and presence within the community. We took the opportunity to bring new voice, new platforms and build a new employee experience across the global university network. By building three websites—to internal and external audiences—along with video, collateral, and direct channel communications, Human Resources transformed before our eyes and in its own presence within the Northeastern community
I launched and developed multi-channel communications and strategy for Northeastern’s new priority mental health program called Find@Northeastern. I created brand messaging, communications strategy, and all content for multiple channels of Northeastern University's 12 global student campuses. The day the program launched, it was met with immediate and overwhelming student response.
